The Edo State Traffic Control and Management Agency (EDSTMA) has called on drivers whose vehicles got impounded due to traffic contraventions to come forward to reclaim them.

Speaking through a public notice made available to this blog, the Managing Director, EDSTMA, Mr. Dennis Oloriegbe urged drivers faced with such dilemmas to come to EDSTMA premises within the zones where the traffic contraventions took place to collect vehicles impounded between January 1, 2019, up until July, 2020.

Informing drivers to make optimal use of the window period for collection, the EDSTMA boss said such drivers should come on or before November 30, 2022.

Based on his said reliance on the guiding extant law of EDSTMA, Oloriegbe forewarned through the public notice that any vehicle which remained unclaimed would be auctioned off.
